Job Description Job Title: Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) Engineer - F130 Working Pattern: Full time: Working location: Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid - 3 Office Days/Week) The Rolls-Royce PHM-SDI team is seeking a skilled Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) capability to design, develop, and deploy diagnostics and engine management capabilities for F130 (B52) program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that engine health algorithms are developed, verified, delivered, and implemented to capture critical engine health data. This data will be structured, stored, and made accessible to support analytics, machine learning models, and decision-making systems. This is a high-level technical role that require a strong understanding of gas turbine engine operation and behavior, combined with solid data and analytics skills. The role includes hand-on work with data pipelines, algorithms development, and analysis/visualization to support predictive maintenance and fleet health monitoring.
