About the Opportunity The Kimberley Alpine Team (KAT) is seeking an experienced Alpine Program Manager to lead all aspects of our athletic programming. This leadership position oversees the planning, development, and delivery of KAT’s Alpine and Freestyle programs—ensuring that every athlete, coach, and family experiences a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to set the club’s strategic direction, align programming with BC Alpine, Alpine Canada, and Freestyle BC standards, and uphold the principles of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. This role is ideal for a seasoned ski coach or program leader who thrives on developing people, building strong partnerships, and delivering technical excellence both on and off the hill.
