JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Case Manager is responsible for the overall implementation, assessment, and administration of quality casework services at the Center. S/he will display and encourage the character traits of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility in the fulfillment of his/her job duties. JOB FUNCTIONS: Program/Department Responsibility: Supervision of Personnel: Provide training and supervision to college interns, volunteers, and/or new staff as needed. Fiscal Responsibility: Adhere to all fiscal policies and procedures such as petty cash purchase orders, vouchers and employee expenses as requested. Facility/Housekeeping Responsibility: Ensure that the Case Manager’s office meets the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. - Ensure that all casework services are consistent with the operating policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies. - Promotes and leads agency culture of learning and respect to others as well as agency mission and strategic plan while empowering staff in meeting the agency mission. - Ensure that participant documents such as a copy of all intake materials are placed in participant files including thos...
