Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: VHB’s Atlanta office is seeking a skilled Transportation Planner to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a motivated early-career planner to help shape the future of mobility in the Atlanta region and across the state—working on transit expansion, active transportation, safety planning, and comprehensive transportation planning efforts. We’re looking for someone who has a solid foundation in transportation planning, is eager to learn from experienced colleagues, and is ready to take the next step in their career on a collaborative, supportive team. As a Transportation Planner, you’ll have opportunities to lead tasks and grow toward project management and/or subject-matter leadership. Once you join our group, you will play a key role in delivering a variety of transportation planning projects. You will contribute to transit and corridor planning, help advance active transportation plans for biking, walking, trails, and complete streets, and support safety planning initiatives grounded in Safe System principles.
