About the Role State Street Investment Management (formerly State Street Global Advisors) is seeking an Application Development Manager, VP to join the Global Funds Management (GFM) Engineering team within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization. This is a hands-on senior technology leadership role with responsibility for application architecture , engineering delivery , and operational excellence supporting critical Global Funds Management business functions. The role blends strategic leadership with direct technical contribution , requiring deep involvement in solution design, complex engineering initiatives, and production support for business-critical platforms. The successful candidate will lead by example shaping architectural direction, advancing engineering standards, and driving execution across distributed teams while partnering closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
