Our products reach major retailers, clubs, pubs, national fast-food chains, aged-care providers and hospitals right across the country. Our business is all about value-added food. Using a unique cooking and packaging process, we take raw ingredients and turn them into slow-cooked, nutritious, great-tasting meals. Last year alone, we produced enough meat to feed every person in Australia three times over — chances are you’ve eaten our products plenty of times without even realising. With massive expansion underway and new partnerships coming online, we’re now recruiting a Production Supervisor to support and help establish our brand-new Afternoon Shift, reporting directly to the Production Manager. About the Opportunity: This role exists purely due to growth. It’s a hands-on opportunity to be part of launching a brand-new shift and to play a key role in setting the tone, standards and day-to-day rhythm of operations.
