JOB PURPOSE: We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Resource Manager to join our EMEA resourcing team for our Experience team across the Netherlands and Denmark markets. This role is essential in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing utilization, and aligning with business growth in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll be responsible for matching the right talent to the right projects—balancing team skills, availability, and project needs to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget.
