This role is execution-focused and does not hold primary responsibility for any one building or overall compliance. The position supports Superintendents and Program Directors by reducing work order backlogs and addressing operational needs across sites. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may vary daily across multiple locations, requiring the ability to take direction and adapt quickly. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.
