The Retail Senior Accountant will complete general ledger accounting functions and reconciliations required for the Retail division. They serve as a primary accounting interface for Home Center locations as assigned. Responsibilities: Assists with all accounting related to the Retail Close schedule, monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including financials, related financial analysis, and reporting Involved in process improvements, various reconciliations, allocations, and accruals Tracks costs and c onducts variance analysis Conducts expense reporting and account reconciliation Reviews and processes sales manager and manager compensation Involved in software selection and integration Process development, ensuring data is accurate and in the correct format, as well as additional special projects for management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 5-6 years’ experience in Accounting or related field Must have great communication skills as there is extensive communic...
