We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for delivering high‑quality civil and structural projects. This is an all‑round supervisory role suited to someone confident in leading small teams, coordinating works, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. About the Role: As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for running one job at a time and overseeing day‑to‑day operations on site. You will coordinate plant, materials, and labour; read and interpret drawings; and ensure all quality, safety, and environmental standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, including structural formwork, concrete works, drainage, roadworks, and general civil construction.
