Community Outreach Coordinator Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA: Job Summary: The Community Outreach Coordinator supports Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) in strengthening connections with the communities we serve. This role focuses on engaging directly with community members, attending and supporting local events, and nurturing relationships with community partners. Working under the guidance of leadership, the Community Outreach Coordinator helps execute outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness of VHP’s services and improve access to care. This position is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and public health. Occasional evening and weekend community outreach events required. Qualifications: Education: - One year of experience in community outreach, community relations, or public health engagement - Associate’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
