Compensation Amount: 23.00 USD Hourly Job Summary: Key Bridge Boathouse, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is now hiring an Assistant Manager for the 2026 season. The rental season runs from April through the end of October and we are open 7 days a week. This will be a full-time, hourly position. Previous managerial experience is expected for all applicants. This is a year-round position with less hours in the winter at one of our other locations. All staff are required to work at least one day a weekend as well as the summer holidays. The Boathouse Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the center’s daily operations and administrative management, including direct supervision of all non-exempt and boathouse professional staff. The Boathouse Assistant Manager also serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled to cover in the absence of the General Manager and promotes the Boathouse, thereby increasing Center profitability while ensuring that its customers have a high-quality experience.
