Lead Park Ranger at Grafham Water Permanent / Full Time / from £35,000 per annum This role does work shift patterns, with longer days during the spring/summer months and shorter days over the autumn and winter months At the Heart of Grafham Water’s Success. Grafham Water, a stunning 1,500-acre reservoir and visitor attraction, is looking for a practical, hands-on Lead Ranger to join our team. This rare opportunity blends team leadership with active fieldwork – from maintaining facilities and delivering high-quality visitor experiences to supporting our renowned fishery. As Lead Park Ranger, you’ll work alongside your team in all weather – repairing, cleaning, patrolling, checking, and problem-solving – while inspiring your Rangers to deliver excellent customer service and maintaining the site to the highest standard.
