Why you should join: We are looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Project Manager to support Customer Experience initiatives within the CX Portfolio Management Office. This role focuses on coordinating and delivering projects related to commercial initiatives, working under established governance and with guidance from senior Program and Project Managers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Program Managers and delivery teams, supporting execution, tracking progress, managing risks and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
