Responsibilities: Assist licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, as well as Therapy Assistants, during patient care activities. Prepare and maintain treatment areas to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment. Perform clerical tasks, including ordering departmental supplies and maintaining accurate records. Communicate acute care schedule changes to nursing staff as needed. Support front office operations, including scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and co-insurance, and reconciling daily charges.
