Overview SHEET METAL FABRICATOR (PLTX): Bowhead seeks a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Manufacturing and Products Group team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding experience, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and adjust fabrication equipment including press brakes, laser cutter, slip rollers, band saws, and drill presses. - Program and operate press brakes and rollers as required. - Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and finish/welding symbols to fabricate parts accurately. - Perform welding and fabrication operations to meet company and customer specifications. - Ensure all fabricated products meet company, customer, and industry quality standards. - Follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, including proper documentation and process compliance. - Maintain workflow in alignment with the production schedule and delivery timelines. - Perform accurate material layouts, measurements, and calculatio...
