What You Will Be Doing: The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping innovative, performance‑driven footwear across golf, dress, and casual categories, bringing designs from concept through commercialization. This role leads the creation of all footwear components—including uppers, outsoles, insoles, lacing systems, ornaments, and logos—while collaborating closely with the Footwear Team to deliver prototyped and production‑ready products. Partnering cross‑functionally with Design, Product Management, Development, Brand Marketing, and Innovation, the Senior Designer translates consumer and market insights into compelling color and material stories that balance creativity, functionality, and financial impact.
