Job description

Purpose and Impact: The Systems Cellular Engineer shall provide wireless/RF engineering support on systems, system elements, components, devices and/or processes. The position also requires the following: Work Schedule: Mon thru Friday ( 5 x 8s or possibly 4x 10s ) - Engineering disciplines to support design, development, and implementation activities - Reviewing, evaluating and analyzing equipment, components, engineering documents, test plans, test data and procedures - Conducting installation and maintenance of systems/equipment - Providing associated training to customer personnel - In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi or cellular systems to include current 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G communications network along with future technologies - General principles of RF communications and propagation. - Intermediate expertise on personal computers, associated software, and basic networking applications. - Direct field experience involving the integration, deployment, optimization and use of RF systems. - Experience with IP networking to include hardware platforms (Firewalls, switches, routers) with Cisco or equivalent certifications being a plus. - Must have experience in fielding telecommunications eq...
