Position Summary: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising inspection activities for production parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. This role leads quality personnel, supports production teams, and works closely with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and supervise inspection of production parts using standard gauging and coordinate the use of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) - Oversee gauge calibration activities - Plan, schedule, and prioritize departmental work to meet production and quality objectives - Review layout inspection reports and evaluate rejected parts for potential salvage or “use as is” - Authorize and dispose of non‑conforming material (scrap, salvage, or use as is) via MRT tickets - Investigate quality issues, identify roo...
