Corporate Access Associate - Global Research

Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Access Team within Global Research. This team works closely with internal stakeholders, the investment community, and corporate clients to provide Equity and FICC investors with access to management teams through non-deal roadshows, field trips, and investor conferences, and to support analyst marketing initiatives. - Coordinate with the Corporate Access team to execute non-deal roadshows, field trips, and conferences from planning through completion. - Partner with sector professionals across Research, Sales & Trading, and Investment Banking to develop a broad understanding of the corporate and investor community. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Sales Trading, Research analysts, buy-side and sell-side clients, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets. - Collaborate with the Corporate Access team and Sales to ensure priority institutional accounts receive appropriate access to management. - Use internal systems to coordinate and manage client meeting schedules. - Provide on-site support for events, including group meetings and conferences, as needed. -...
