Senior Project Officer - Location – Parramatta with 50% hybrid WFH - Employment type – Ongoing, Full-time position - Salary – Clerk Grade 9/10 $129,464 - $ $142,665 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role: Homes NSW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Officer to join the Tenant Satisfaction and Feedback team within the Maintenance Solutions Division. This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic planning , supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring efficient service delivery within the agency through the oversight of daily operations and team performance. As the Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring escalated complaints, Ministerials and client feedback regarding maintenance services are managed professionally, efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
