Overview The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements, which may be inherent in the position. As office receptionist : responsible for daily front office operations for the practice. Tasks include, but not limited to: answering the phone, making patient appointments, assembling charts, collecting co-pays and collecting any balances due, taking and forwarding messages for clinical staff and entering appropriate patient demographic information. EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent – required. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in another physician office practice – preferred.
