TFS HealthScience is scaling its Nordic commercial operation, and we need a Director who can own it end-to-end. This is a senior individual contributor role with real strategic weight. You'll set the BD strategy for your territory, lead the full proposal process, and hold accountability for annual revenue targets, while operating across both our SRS and FSP models. You'll work closely with operations, proposals, and leadership to position TFS competitively and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Mid-size CRO. Global reach.
