Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Application experience

Overview You will join our high‑performance team of Business Analysts and act as a senior member providing professional expertise, guidance, and leadership across business analysis activities. In this role, you will work extensively on Microsoft‑based enterprise solutions, including case management systems and Power Platform applications. You will play a key role in shaping end‑to‑end technical requirements, using proven frameworks, tools, and project approaches to ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of technology initiatives. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical workstreams within a project and/or several small to medium initiatives of moderate complexity. - Lead requirements definition for Microsoft Cloud projects, including MS case management platforms, Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Platform–based workflow automation. - Map end‑to‑end business processes and design solutions that drive process optimisation, user experience improvements, and alignment with enterprise architecture. - Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups, producing detailed business, functional, and non‑funct...
