As the legal foundation for different Council teams, you'll play a crucial role in providing legal insights across an engaging blend of cases. With the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act, Wiltshire Council is strengthening its legal capacity to support services in this evolving area of housing law. We are therefore recruiting a solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team on a fixed-term basis. While the role will contribute to building knowledge and supporting work arising from the new legislation, it will also involve a varied caseload across the team’s wider litigation and dispute resolution work.
