Job Summary Aptive seeks an experienced Program Manager to support the senior level officials at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Project Manager provides senior-level program management and coordination for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-priority projects directed by VHA leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and supporting the execution of initiatives that reduce organizational variability, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve delivery of care. The Project Manager works closely with senior leadership to establish structured intake processes for new initiatives, prioritize efforts, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple concurrent projects. Primary Responsibilities: The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining executive-level dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
