Job description
Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an energetic Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at Jenner's Pond, an upscale continuing care retirement community in West Grove, Pennsylvania. The dining program features a farm-to-table restaurant, a bistro, cafe, buffet, and 3 newly renovated dining rooms dedicated to the healthcare residents. The Executive Chef will lead a culinary team of approximately 50 frontline employees, overseeing all aspects of food production, quality assurance, safety, and service across multiple dining venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and be a relationship builder—someone who enjoys being in front of residents, and can balance operational excellence with personal engagement. Typical shift is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, may vary with occasional weekend coverage.
