Join Vanguard’s technology organization, supporting Finance at the intersection of modern platforms, data, and enterprise systems. As a Business Technology Analyst, you’ll lead requirements gathering, system design, and testing efforts that translate complex Finance and accounting needs into scalable, well‑controlled technology solutions. This role partners closely with Finance stakeholders to enable accurate reporting, efficient processes, and a digital‑first operating model. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements. Develops moderately complex information systems and advises on the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. - Translates clients’ requirements to functional documentation. Formulates and defines the systems scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes. - Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
