Description LDI Mechanical is a leading HVAC and Architectural Sheet metal Multi-Family Contractor. We are looking for full-time, self-motivated and safety-minded individuals to join our team. Responsibilities & Requirements include, but are not limited to the following: Installing Sheet metal for new under-construction building decks, facades and roofs Building Expansion Joints: Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Work safely with sharp objects and power tools Ability to adapt and apply those skills quickly & efficiently Ability to work with others in a TEAM environment Able to work independently and full time Able to work on heights including Scaffolding Benefits after introductory period include: - Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Basic AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D & 401k, Paid vacation, Sick days and Holidays Requirements: 1+ years of Sheet Metal installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in varying job-site conditions Strong attention to safety and quality Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsit...
