Job Summary: The Senior Endorsement Underwriter is a critical technical role within our Underwriting Center, responsible for the underwriting analysis, pricing, and negotiation of commercial policy changes and service requirements. This role manages a complex portfolio of business, serving as a key liaison between field underwriters and agency partners. You will exercise independent judgment to ensure that all endorsements align with our corporate risk appetite while maintaining high-touch service standards for our brokerage plant. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and underwrite complex endorsement requests by analyzing loss history, exposure changes, and policy forms to ensure continued account profitability. - Utilize underwriting principles to price mid-term changes. Proactively negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with agents to address concerns and overcome objections. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and field offices.
