Our Team The Vista Internal Communications and Culture team play a vital role in Vista’s ongoing transformation journey. We help leaders communicate key strategic messages to the company, relating to business performance, customers, people and culture. We seek to engage and inspire our global audience through creative and high-impact storytelling, utilizing a variety of channels including digital and in-person live events, alongside async collaboration tools. We are excited to grow our high-performing, multi-disciplined global team. What You Will Do: As a business partner and trusted advisor, you will work directly with two members of Vista’s executive team to develop their executive and internal communications strategy. This role provides support to our two product development organizations, Engineering and Product Experience , which are responsible for developing our site experience. Your role will positively impact thousands of Vista team members by helping connect what they do every day to our company's ambition to be the leading destination for small businesses’ custom print needs.
