Manufacturing Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Job description

What you will do Under minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities. Manage and facilitate the maintenance team, which will consist of hourly and salary positions. Hours: Sunday- Thursday 11PM CST - 7:30AM CST How you will do it: Broadly – Maintain operations of plant and equipment in a state capable of delivering planned production levels with required product quality, in line with maintenance cost targets. Responsible for all equipment repairs to include coordination with outside resources as needed. Monitor repair progress by keeping an indicator of work progress against the plan. Update the progress of each job; initiate corrective actions as required. Comply with all lock out tag out and other safety norms and regulations set by the industry. Coordinate with production management to establish short/ mid/ long term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly.
