You will live within a 100 km radius from the appointed base (depot) and are prepared to work outside normal working hours, attend callouts, travel across the district and work away from home when needed. - Work as part of a hands-on team delivering essential road construction and maintenance improvements on live, road-based projects. - Operate excavators and other plant items such as backhoes, loaders, bobcats, mixers, stabilisers or rollers, whilst contributing hands-on labour when needed. - Carry out pre-start checks, maintain safety and environmental standards, and contribute to reliable, high-quality task outcomes. - Support the delivery of safer roads and community outcomes across local and remote projects through consistent effort and teamwork.
