People Operations Generalist Department: HR: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Eugene, OR: Reporting To: Dani Galli: Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 / year Description: Pipeworks Studios is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to support key People Operations (POps) functions across the organization. This role provides administrative and operational support across multiple areas, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, DE&I, employee engagement, and community outreach. Working cross-functionally with leadership, employees, and the People Operations team, the Generalist helps ensure alignment with Pipeworks’ values, practices, and policies. This role is based in Eugene, OR and supports multiple studio locations across North America. This role operates as an individual contributor within the People Operations team and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and employee experience initiatives.
