Under the responsibility of the Plant Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator will be primarily responsible for maintaining the implementation of activities related to the plant's health and safety program. In this role you will: Participate in the development, revision and implementation of programs, work procedures and training relating to health and safety; Support the implementation of the OSH program; Participate in changing occupational health and safety culture and act as an agent of change; Prioritize and coordinate prevention activities;: Support the Director of Environment, Health and Safety in her various projects; Promote the prevention and the adoption of safe behaviours through communications and training or promotional activities; Participate in OSH committees and other safety meetings; Conduct investigations and analysis of incidents and follow-up of corrective actions (incident...
