The Cage Cashier and Caesars Rewards representative is responsible for safeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, explaining casino programs and promotions to guests, and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions. - Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards. - Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash. - Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to: - Establishing and verifying customer credit lines. - Communicating credit information to appropriate personnel. - Executing pit fills and credits seamlessly. - Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements. - Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to: - Cage Marker issuance/redemption - Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals - Customer Incentives - Title 31...
