Job description

The Director of Design and Construction will represent the organization with clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors on virtually any range of subjects related to all design and construction projects globally making decisions on behalf of the organization to ensure the successful completion of all assigned projects from start to finish. - Lead the organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. - Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. - Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior. - Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct. - Provide management support to senior management staff with daily operational activities throughout the assigned projects. - Create and execute project work plans and preparation of appropriate revisions necessary to meet ongoing changes and requirements of the assigned projects. - Prepare, control and monitor budgets and schedules throughout the a...
