Company Lawyer, Capital Markets (Legal and Corporate Officer, SPVs) Service Line: Capital Markets Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands Role type: 1 year contract, 40 hours per week, Hybrid As a Company Lawyer in our Global Capital Markets team in Amsterdam, you will support complex capital markets and structured finance transactions under Dutch law. You’ll partner with multinational clients and internal stakeholders to help ensure entities remain in good legal standing and compliant with applicable regulation, including Wft (Wet op het financieel toezicht). This role supports a broad range of asset classes such as bonds, ABS, RMBS, CLOs, covered bonds, (car)lease, and insurance-linked securities. You will also help strengthen our client service delivery and contribute to mentoring junior colleagues.
