We are seeking a Director of Intensive Youth & Family Services! We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Intensive Youth & Family Services Director provides oversight for a portfolio of intensive home-based services, behavioral health respite, IFAST, and emerging service lines. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance, program effectiveness, and a unified approach to person-centered care. The Director works closely with county leadership to help guide a team of clinical practitioners and paraprofessionals and drive improvements that support strong outcomes for youth and families served.
