What you’ll do: - Observe on-site construction staff - Schedule and communicate with subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers - Collaborate and resolve daily on-site matters - Inspect ongoing work for general compliance with codes, plans and specifications, and safety regulations - Manage construction and production schedule of assigned homes from start to close, including 30-day warranty service request signoff - Ensure on-time QA readiness - Attend regular staff meetings, and discuss safety, quality, starts and closings, production timelines, costs and other issues as determined by Area Construction Manager or VP of Construction - Walk each home twice daily to ensure imperfectio...
