Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Primary Duties: - Promotes, leads, and adheres to a culture of safety awareness in compliance with the company’s safety policies. - Works directly with Engineering and Maintenance team to produce/update various engineering drawings. Perform regular field audits to ensure accuracy of plant drawings. - Creates piping plans, develops 2-D and/or 3-D piping layout drawings and corresponding isometric drawings. - Prepares P&IDs, equipment and general layout arrangements in AutoCAD. Revises existing drawings using AutoCAD from marked up drawings or sketches. - Assist the Maintenance Department and project teams in various projects phases from scope development through completion. - Contacts vendors to collect part specifications and cut sheets on Production and Maintenance equipment. - Maintain accurate equipment, location lists, BOM’s, and pictures of assets in the CMMS database. - Organize database of drawings and other technical documentation (Manuals/BOM’s) and link to CMMS.
