Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse, and neglect. We utilise a strong Therapeutic Framework and our unique CREATE Model of Care, with a focus on establishing holistic safety. Children and young people are provided with a sense of family, opportunities to heal, connect positively with others, and rebuild their lives. We are now looking for Casual Therapeutic Care Workers in the Bundaberg Region to play a key role in supporting children and young people in their healing journey by providing care in therapeutic residential homes. As a Casual Worker, you will have the flexibility of varied hours while contributing meaningfully to the safety, stability, and growth of the young people in our care. These positions require work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
