Salary: Salary and rank commensurate with education and experience Job Summary/Basic Function: The Department of English at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for two full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) dual enrollment faculty positions (#712140 and #712150) at the rank of Lecturer. These are one-year temporary appointments. The contracts may be renewed annually, subject to available funding, demonstrated need, and satisfactory performance as assessed by annual evaluations. The start date for the appointments is August 1, 2026. The successful candidates will teach sections of dual enrollment English at Rutherford County area high schools, as needed, to meet a full-time teaching workload.
