Description JOB OVERVIEW: Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a highly execution-oriented Sales Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role is designed for a proactive, organized marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning sales priorities into clear, compelling, market-ready campaigns and materials. As a Sales Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting middle and top-of-funnel growth by executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives, developing sales enablement collateral, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure Dynasty’s value proposition is clearly communicated in the marketplace. You will serve as a key connector between Business Development, Sales Operations, and Corporate Marketing, owning initiatives from concept through execution with a strong focus on speed, quality, and impact.
