The Key Account Manager (KAM) manages and grows relationships with strategic audiology and ENT partners. This role blends business development with hearing care expertise to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and build lasting partnerships. Responsibilities: - Develop tailored business plans for key accounts, aligning clinical and operational goals. - Serve as the primary contact for assigned practices and groups. - Build trusted relationships with audiologists, ENTs, and decision-makers. - Identify revenue opportunities through process improvements, KPIs, patient acquisition, and marketing. - Advise on scheduling, referrals, and family-centered care. - Conduct performance reviews and ROI analyses. - Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. - Promote new products and initiatives to support practice success. - Negotiate agreements that balance customer satisfaction and profitability. - Deliver training 1-on-1 and to large groups. - Manage CRM records, pipeline, and forecasting. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy. - Report on account performance, risks, and opportunities. - Travel up to 75%.
