Resort Services Operations Manager Reports to: Director of Resort Services and Events Job Status: Full Time, Year Round Job Description: The Resort Services Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of resort events, while ensuring the Village Centre Mall, and other day lodges as required, consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety. This role leads a cross-functional team supporting events and custodial operations, ensuring all activations are delivered seamlessly and that public spaces reflect the quality and experience expected at Big White. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Position Requirements/Skills: - Proven experience in event coordination or event operations - Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of cleanliness standards, presentation, and public space management - Ability to identify and proactively manage operational and safety risks - Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills - Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision - Work well within a diverse team environment...
