Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits. Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities. Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities. Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
