What you’ll do: - Maintaining relationships with internal clients and attending meetings regarding reporting requirements - Filtering and prioritizing report requests submitted via the portal - Gathering client requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team - Coordinating with clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted - Implementing standard report products (Excel and Power BI) and deploying predefined reports - Implementing minor changes in reports if within scope of knowledge - Creating and updating documentation related to report implementations - Verifying output data with client requirements and reviewing reports post-implementation - Testing reporting tools before their handover to production - Supporting 1st line in analyzing report issues and fixing errors when possible - Participating in R&D projects – developing new products and optimizing existing reporting tools - Participation in projects related to the acquisition of other companies and the integration o...
