Job Description: Title: Benefits Supervisor Division: Corporate – Human Resources - Benefits Status: Exempt: Reports to: Director, Total Rewards: Revision date: 04/2026: Supervises: Benefits Administrator, Leave Specialist: PURPOSE: According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the incumbent oversees the day‑to‑day administration and execution of the organization’s employee benefit and leave programs, ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and consistent application across a multi‑state environment. This role is responsible for managing benefit implementations, maintaining operational workflows, and overseeing benefit and leave administration activities. The Benefits Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership to the benefits team, resolves escalated issues, and partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to support efficient, compliant, and reliable benefits operations.
