Job description

This role supports the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem, working closely with local agencies to ensure smooth communication, operational alignment, and performance improvement. The team focuses on helping agencies grow their capabilities and enabling them to better support merchants and creators on TikTok Shop.: Responsibilities: - Agency Communication & Relationship Management: act as the main contact point for a portfolio of TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) agencies, maintain regular communication with agencies to ensure alignment on platform policies, campaigns, and operational priorities, support agencies in understanding TikTok Shop programs, incentives, and operational requirements. - Agency Registration, Operations and Performance Tracking: provide support for agency registration processes, monitor agency performance metrics and service indicators to understand agency capabilities and areas for improvement, track agency progress in merchant support, creator collaboration, and campaign participation, and help agencies identify operational improvements to drive platform GMV growth. - Operational Support & Enablement: provide operational guidance and training to agencies on TikTok...
